• Level 1  (     0 - 1100 minutes / month) = $   600
• Level 2  (1101 - 1500 minutes / month) = $   720
• Level 3  (1501 - 1900 minutes / month) = $   840
• Level 4  (1901 - 2300 minutes / month) = $   960
• Level 5  (2301 - 2700 minutes / month) = $1,080
• Level 6  (2701 - 3100 minutes / month) = $1,200
• Level 7  (3101 - 3500 minutes / month) = $1,320
• Level 8  (3501 - 3900 minutes / month) = $1,400
